Machine Learning Engineer

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine-learning models that will have a direct impact on our products and offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems in various domains, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to improve business outcomes.

  • Perform data mining and feature extraction using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.

  • Evaluate and validate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics and techniques.

  • Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for optimal performance in production environments.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence research.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices in machine learning and share knowledge with peers and junior team members.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members as needed.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a professional setting.

  • Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, Support Vector Machine (SVM), neural networks, ensemble methods, and reinforcement learning.

  • Demonstrated experience in working with large datasets and using big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and distributed computing.

  • Proficient in programming languages, such as Python.

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Matplotlib, or D3.js.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
